Aluminium Alloy Band-drier With Efficient 41.7 meters Drying Length
Band dryer is an energy-saving drying production line newly developed by our company. It mainly uses the heat energy of the high-temperature exhaust air of the paper machine turbine to heat all kinds of wet pulp dregs or wet plastic dregs produced in the pulping section of the paper mill through comprehensive recycling, and remove the moisture content in the pulp residue and plastic residue to facilitate storage and transportation, and meet the requirements of environmental protection.

Product features
Make full use of the waste heat of turbine exhaust air and save steam without using other heat sources;
Single-layer belt drying, high drying efficiency;
Equipped with circulating fans on both sides of the drive side and the operation side of the whole dryer to form the internal heat circulating system of the dryer.
In the dryer, single-layer super ring polyester dry web is used to support wet materials.
The hot air from the jet box returns to the circulating fan installed along both sides of the dryer through the gap between the jet boxes, passes through the filter first, and then enters the jet box from the fan.
The circulating air duct which are not installed outside the dryer completely avoids the heat loss and resistance loss of the air duct, maximizes the use of energy and saves electricity consumption.
Application:
It is applicable to on-site drying treatment of materials with high moisture content for paper industry, material industry, tobacco industry and chemical industry, etc.
Working principle:
It is designed based on the impact drying principle of drying box. The material is supported and operated by a special polyester dry web. The hot air sprayed from the upper and lower boxes impinges on the material to provide heat to dry the material, and the wet and hot air evaporated from the material is taken away by the exhaust air circulating fan.
