Working principle:

The vacuum roller stabilizing system of the paper machine exhausts air from the paper stabilizer, and uses an air seal isolation between the paper stabilizer and the dry web to create a low vacuum in the paper feeding area, making the paper web tightly adhere to the dry blanket and operate stably. The exhaust air of the paper stabilizer is discharged into the heat recovery by the centrifugal fan and then discharged into the atmosphere.
