Working principle
The spray mixing tower integrates cold water spray and cold air mixing. The exhaust air enters from the bottom of the tower and flows upward through the gap of the folding baffle. The cold water atomizes through the nozzle and becomes numerous water droplets, which are sprayed on the exhaust air and the folding baffle. It carries out heat transfer and mass transfer with the wet and hot exhaust air to cool and condense the exhaust air. At the same time, the water droplets are heated and fall into the bottom drain outlet for discharge. The bottom enters the mixing section upward after two stages of spraying.
There are air inlets on both sides of the mixing section. Fresh air is pumped into the tower and fully mixed with the exhaust air. After heat transfer and cooling, the exhaust air is condensed again. When it passes through the gap of the baffle plate, it is condensed and separated. The exhaust air and cold air are mixed twice and then cooled by a cold water spray, and finally discharged into the atmosphere by the exhaust fan.
