Carbon Steel Hot Air Drying System To Process Tobacco Stems

The hot-air drying system of reconstituted tobacco line is mainly composed of hot air drying box, pneumatic opening device, dry web, dry web transmission part, carrier roll assembly, pneumatic tensioning device, pneumatic correction detection device, waste heat recovery system, exhaust air demisting and cooling device, walkway and guardrail, lighting system, water spray system, multi-layer drying channel control and other components.

In order to reduce the effect of temperature on the reconstituted tobacco during the drying process,the reconstituted tobacco was dried at a lower temperature in the whole drying process.

The hot air drying box is single or multi layer paired arrangement.

Product features

Highly integrated, under the same product and output conditions, its land occupation is only one third of the current drying method.

The intelligent double-sided hot air drying system with web clamping ensures that the product has no breakpoints in the whole process and greatly improves the product output.

The effective drying length is more than 5 times of the existing equipment, realizing the low temperature and slow drying conditions required by the reconstituted tobacco leaves, and significantly improving the quality of the reconstituted tobacco leaves.

By fully contacting the multistage atomized water with the exhaust air, the flavor components are absorbed, so that the exhaust air can meet the discharge standard. At the same time, the process water of the recovered flavor is used for soaking the raw materials of the reconstituted tobacco leaves, effectively realizing the recycling of resources.

Most of the hot air is recycled, and the exhaust air is recycled by the heat recovery device to preheat the fresh air, making full use of the heat energy.

Working principle

The paper-making method of reconstituted tobacco is to collect the discarded tobacco stems, tobacco powder and other raw materials in the process of cigarette production. Through three steps of leaching and concentration, beating and making, drying and flavoring, the reconstituted tobacco with properties close to or even better than natural tobacco leaves are made, which can be reused in cigarette production, so as to maximize the use of tobacco raw materials.

The nozzle of drying box is made of special aluminum alloy die extrusion profiles. The upper nozzle and the lower nozzle is in different structures to improve the operation stability of reconstituted tobacco sheet. One-time molding aluminum has high accuracy. It ensures that the uniform blowing air and error is less than 2m/s.
